2. Services Provided
The London Touch provides a range of therapeutic massage services, including Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, Aromatherapy Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Pregnancy Massage, Corporate Chair Massage, and Reflexology. All services are performed by qualified and trained therapists.
3. Appointments and Cancellations
- Booking: Appointments can be made by phone or through our online platform. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability.
- Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrival may result in a shorter treatment time to avoid delays for subsequent clients.
- Cancellations/Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee, equivalent to the full service charge, being applied.
- No-Shows: Clients who fail to show for an appointment without prior notice will be charged the full service fee.
4. Health and Wellness Information
- Health Disclosure: Clients must inform their therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or medications prior to the commencement of any treatment. This includes, but is not limited to, pregnancy, recent surgeries, heart conditions, high blood pressure, or contagious conditions.
- Suitability of Treatment: Our therapists reserve the right to refuse or modify a treatment if they believe it may be detrimental to the client's health or well-being.
- Professional Conduct: All services are strictly therapeutic and professional. Any inappropriate behavior, comments, or advances towards our staff will result in immediate termination of the session and may lead to refusal of future services.
